James Black – PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, CLSSGB

Managing Director

James Black is a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record in delivering successful, complex projects. He has extensive experience in the data center, oil & gas, and government & munitions sectors.

As the Managing Director at EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC, James specializes in leading hyperscale infrastructure delivery teams. He has successfully managed projects from inception to completion, overseeing design, procurement, and construction phases.

Prior to his current role, James held senior positions at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and Lauren Engineers & Constructors, where he was responsible for project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation. He has a strong background in managing large-scale projects, including multi-million dollar EPC projects.

James’ expertise lies in his ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver projects on time and within budget. He has a deep understanding of project management methodologies and is skilled in utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques.

As a small business owner, James is passionate about people. He knows that to attract and retain the industry’s top talent, it is imperative that EPC Project Management Consulting is employee focused. Laura Abel – MSc

Director of Business Development

 

Currently serving as the Director of Business Development, Laura is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and aligning company goals with the industry’s projected growth strategy. Laura’s experience includes coordinating global business development efforts for design-build, public-private partnerships, and traditional bid build multi-billion dollar Infrastructure programs. In this capacity, Laura gained invaluable experience working with strategic customers, key vendors, and certified firms to develop solutions to our nation’s most complex Infrastructure challenges. With 15 years of experience working in various industries, including Chemicals, Nuclear, and Infrastructure, Laura understands the complexities of executing multi-billion dollar construction programs globally. 

In addition to her abilities to partner with clients, create compelling value propositions, and develop unique solutions to complex challenges, Laura is a recognized business champion. She has developed award-winning, client-focused public relations and social equity programs from coast to coast; and in 2022, Laura was honored as the American Road and Transportation Builder’s P3 Emerging Leader of the Year. 

Nicholas Fisher

Director of Operations

Nick is a strategic leader with 15 years of experience in program and portfolio management, commissioning, quality assurance, and operations within data center and mission critical infrastructure environment. His experience in Nuclear Engineering and Data Center Commissioning has equipped him with a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, a passion for quality assurance and quality control, and the ability to navigate intricate technical challenges. As a skilled project management team member, Nick excels in fostering stakeholder and client collaboration, optimizing resource allocation, and mitigating risks before they become major issues. His leadership empowers teams to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently. 

As Operations Director, Nick is responsible for working closely with the Managing Director to drive EPC Project Management Consulting’s growth to support national expansion and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. 

William Foster – MBA, PMP

Director of Project Management

 

William Foster leverages his 17+ years in electrical work to manage complex projects. From the US Navy to the Nuclear Industry to Mission Critical commercial programs, he brings a unique blend of leadership, training, and technical skills. As a Field Project Manager, Will oversees complex hyperscale data center projects, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction. Over the years, Will has managed over $200M in projects from hospitals to data centers. His ability to learn new systems quickly and mentor teams makes him a valuable asset to the EPC Project Management Consulting team. Will’s passion for continuous improvement provides a unique industry perspective and elevates the work products on the project teams that he leads. 

As Director of Project Management, he works closely with EPC’s Managing Director to build a strong, versatile team that is able to support clients across various industries and locations.

Brad Gover, CPM,  MPM

Project Manager

 

Brad has 27 years of applied professional business experience with over the last 15 years dedicated to the Mission Critical industry. For the last 10 years, Brad has led data center program delivery. In the last 7 years alone, he has delivered over $15B of data center construction infrastructure projects globally. He is an exceptionally resolute operations leader and consultative mentor with hands-on, boots-on-the-ground field experience. In the office, he provided the go-to market strategy with the C-suite, delivering exponential growth. He is collaborative with a keen ability to assess challenges, implement solutions, and deliver results.

Keith Kreisler

Director of Network Infrastructure

 

Keith is an accomplished Director of Network Infrastructure with more than 30 years of data center management and systems expertise. He provides project management support for large capital construction investments and serves as an Owner’s agent, consultant, advisor, and authorized representative through all stages of construction.

Keith’s expertise includes designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network architectures for diverse environments, including data centers, high-performance computing, and large-scale campuses. He collaborates with Clients and stakeholders at all levels, including vendors, clients, and internal teams, to achieve strategic objectives; and he possesses a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Keith is driven by a passion to mentor teams, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and deliver exceptional results and exceeding expectations in dynamic and challenging environments.

Christopher Manuel

Director of Environmental, Health & Safety

 

Christopher is a highly qualified and certified occupational health and safety leader with over 28 years of public safety experience. His extensive experience includes instructor training in MSHA, OSHA, EPA, and more. Christopher brings a proven track record of developing and implementing sustainable safety programs in dynamic environments to our hyperscaler Clients. His ability to maximize resources, maintain flexibility, and foster collaborative teams ensures effective safety plan execution and continuous improvement, consistently driving efficiency and value.

Tom Milos

Senior Project Manager

Tom is a flexible and highly accomplished leader harnessing over 25 years of strong project and program management experience. He has a proven record of success driving key initiatives from planning through implementation, achieving positive and measurable organizational impact. Tom provides analytical knowledge, leadership abilities, and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and enable data-driven decision-making. He excels at defining and executing an overall program concept and direction as well as identifying areas of improvement to ensure high level of efficiency and excellence and communicate seamlessly across all areas of the organization.  

Shelly Oliver

Director of Project Controls

Shelly brings over 15 years of expertise in managing complex documentation, most recently for hyperscale data center projects in South Carolina. She excels at ensuring documentation accuracy and seamless information flow, implementing robust strategies and performing multi-disciplinary quality control. Clients frequently seek her expertise for program-level initiatives due to her deep understanding and ability to simplify technical information. Shelly develops streamlined workflows and proactively trains teams on best practices, significantly reducing process lags. Shelly offers Clients a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles and precise documentation. With Shelly’s document control leadership, we guarantee unparalleled organization and efficiency in managing your critical data center documentation. Her focus ensures smooth project progression and readily accessible information for all stakeholders.  

Marcus Prock

Director of Technology

 

With nearly 15 years of experience, Marcus joined the EPC team as the Director of Technology focused on mission critical commissioning. Marcus’ engineering, maintenance, repair, and planning expertise began in the Naval Nuclear Power industry, which springboarded his experience in data centers. He has coordinated on-site and remote personnel focused on quality assurance and quality control and Commissioning activities. Marcus thrives on taking on challenging projects and executing critical decisions while exceeding Owner expectations and standards. In 2025, Marcus will begin his Executive MBA program at Widener University. 

 

Matthew Yavorcik – PMP

Senior Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience, Matthew is a highly accomplished construction and project management professional holding a bachelors degree in physics with a focus on nuclear engineering. His general contracting and facilities expertise spans various sectors, including data centers, mission critical, HD broadcast/transmission, semiconductor manufacturing, and commercial construction. Matthew’s collective experience allows him to analyze a project from multiple lenses to optimize success. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and under budget, exceeding client expectations.

Matthew excels in managing complex programs, leading multi-million dollar high-tech builds, and navigating intricate contractual negotiations. He is a skilled communicator, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and engineering teams. Whether working as an Owner’s representative or managing high-profile projects, Matthew’s dedication to quality and detail furthers exceptional results.
