About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Metro Commercial Manager with project controls and estimating experience to lead the financial and contractual aspects of a major data center expansion. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all commercial activities align with project goals, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction & Estimating Services:

Contract Negotiation:

Change Management:

• Implement a project change order log for tracking submissions, approvals, and rejections.
